Ngawi Sans is a modern display sans family created for designers who want the clarity and versatility of a contemporary sans serif with a more recognizable visual personality. Its carefully balanced proportions and distinctive details allow it to move naturally between refined editorial layouts and bold display applications, making it suitable for identities, campaigns, packaging, signage, fashion, beauty, digital products, and creative direction.
The family contains 9 weights, from Thin through Black, with matching Italics across the complete range. This creates 18 static styles in total, complemented by a Variable Font version for more precise control between weights. Ngawi is also supplied in TTF, OTF formats, with multilingual support covering 270+ languages and a range of OpenType features for additional typographic flexibility.
Ngawi comes in two distinct versions designed to give you different levels of expression. The standard Ngawi uses its distinctive forms as optional alternates, making it the more controlled and versatile choice for everyday typography, while Ngawi Display brings those unique forms forward as the default character set for a stronger and more expressive appearance.
