Pilastro is a captivating typeface that playfully engages with Roman letters, often known as Trajanus letters. While the proportions of the uppercase characters draw inspiration from classic inscribed letters, this typeface adopts a modern twist. The Regular weight, along with Italic and Bold variations, creates a compact yet versatile family.
Each weight includes an extended Latin character set, a robust selection of ligatures, and decorative ornaments and borders, providing designers with a wide range of creative possibilities. Pilastro is designed primarily for display use in larger sizes, yet it is also crafted to perform beautifully in smaller sizes, making it an excellent choice for various design applications.
